Building Maintenance Services Ltd (BMS) is a UK owned business operating in Cambridge and East Anglia.

Established in 2010 by the managing director Doug Packman the business was a natural progression from painting and decorating and a vision to bring a whole new level of professionalism to the trade.

It started from a desire to provide an exceptional service to clients through the detailed preparation of surfaces and maintenance as necessary before applying paint. As demand for these services broadened Doug established Building Maintenance Services Ltd, a property maintenance company, to fill a gap in the market.

BMS now provides property owners and managers with practical solutions to every maintenance challenge, which can be anything from refurbishing a residential property, through to full office refurbishment, supplying maintenance teams to any site and everything in between.

Whatever the challenge, BMS listens to clients’ requests, and responds by thinking every project through and coming up with a structured response.
